★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have recently relocated with CM Relocation and, for the most part, the process was easy, pleasant and hassle-free. Everything was openly discussed, costs adjusted fairly and the team was flexible to my requests and requirements.
Unfortunately, a single item in my shipment arrived damaged to the destination. This was a small, simple item for which the cost of reimbursement was low, when compared to the shipment value and insurance premium. CM Relocation uses an insurance company called TG International, which took a long time to handle the claim.
The matter was eventually sorted and CM Relocation was supportive in following up and chasing the insurance company, which helped with getting the claim reimbursed.
