Went to the pop up store in jurong point and was attended by Yoyo. She answered my questions and helped me decide which lock to get.
Installation was done 2 days after by Suba. Replaced my old lock and gave a clear explanation on how to use the product :)

As for the installation, Suba was very efficient and completed installing the lock effectively. He even explained step by step how the app and the lock work clearly.
