Dr goh is a very caring and understanding doctor. Last week my mum had sprained her hips and when we went there, there was a replacement doctor. OMG he's the worst I've seen. Instead of him putting the injection, he asked my mum what injection u put and was never proper. Secondly the pharmacist /receptionist she took 15mins to get my mums medicine. I was so dissapointed. I wish I knew the names.

They like to make you wait…even when there’s no q.

Okay so lemme start off never go to this clinic because the doctor is not patient at all, it’s a replacement doctor I visited today for consultation and the doctor isn’t assuring at all. She thinks of the negative side of things and she by far the worst doctor I’ve seen so far. Btw it’s a replacement doctor but I’m sure the real doctor is way better. That doctor really don’t know how to diagnose people and give them reassurance that they are fine. She really damn negative. Like come one:( ??

not sure why there are so many negative reviews here. came here because it closest. I was going to visit the polyclinic but since it's only $10, i will visit a private GP, thinking service will be better than polyclinic. It was quite a long q. only told there are xx number of patients before me. maybe they can advise how long need to wait ? or call or text us when it's out turn so that we can do something productive while waiting. asked recep to call / message when it's my turn she told me to call them to check the q status instead. lol after doing the ART, another hour of waiting. To Dr Goh or whoever is running this branch, go get a cheap android phone and get a sim with data (cost you less than $10 a month) , you can improve your patient's experience a lot. I think even polyclinic will notify you when it's your turn. The medications given seems to be inferior even compared to those of Polyclinics. Not sure if it's because it's a subsidised test.

I've been visiting this clinic since it started. Dr Goh is patient and detailed in explanations of diagnosis. The clinic can be overwhelmed during certain time of the day especially mornings but the turnaround time is usually fast.

I waited so long. I came to the clinic in the morning at 9am plus. I was still in the clinic at 2pm. When I went in to ask about my result, the staff was like give me a min will call your name to dispense the meds. I'm was not well and was nauseated and felt very giddy. It's like half the day was gone in the clinic. Omg.... seriously it was a bad experience.

Like so many bad reviews before me, it is true that this clinic (Dr Goh) likes to make patients wait. I came in early before it opened the door and was 2nd in the q. I was feeling sick and unwell and honestly told the reception I was tested covid positive. I was told to wait at the open space behind the clinic. After waiting for some 35-40mins, I went to the clinic to check and was was then told that doctor would see 'normal' patients first and then there were some 5 people in the clinic. I didn't know I was considered abnormal!! Is this the right protocol?

This is the worst clinic I have ever visited in my life. My helper tested positive for covid. I brought her to this clinic. We were first to reach the clinic but just becos my helper is covid positive the clinic staff asked her to sit at the back door of the clinic. I totally understand the safety of other patients but it’s raining heavily and still insisted she should sit here. My helper was having fever and feeling weak. Seriously this person has no compassion I even told that staff We can wait outside the clinic when it’s my helpers turn we will come at the back door of the clinic and she commented it’s dangerous for others. She even let other patients whom came after us go in first to see the doctor . I was so frustrated I went to my family doctor E medical reached the clinic and inside doctors room then this MY FAMILY clinic calling me to tell it’s my helpers turn where are we. I mean it took so long to see when we’re first in their clinic !!!! I don’t get it. IF YOU ARE TESTED POSITIVE PLS DO NOT VISIT THIS CLINIC. Bad service and brainless staff!
