★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their medicine are expensive and certain drugs for chronic illness they don't bring in even though these drugs are common in respective treatment. They like to compare other clinic charges and will adjust their charges accordingly. They are not really computerised and still use write on paper. Therefore they may take sometime to retrieve the records. Not sure, their records are updated or not. However, i think the most important is the final bill. Expensive for a traditional clinic which have been operating for more than 20 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very grateful for Dr Chng's expertise and patience to guide me through the various Covid testing needed for travel. Gentle and quick. He'll print out the covid documents that are required as well. Highly recommended his service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were well-trained and equipped to handle covid+ patients, the doctor on the other hand was very unfriendly and unprofessional. It felt like he was trying to write off my symptoms and quickly brushed me off. As a result I did not get the proper medication for my headache and bodyache for eg.
Wouldn't reccomend going to clinic again and only as last case resort if every other clinic is closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor Chng was very nice to call me personally and provide advice for my son's illness after the result came back. Would have given 5stars if the nurses there are also more trained on some of the guideline/ protocol on the current covid situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never seen him for any illness but mostly for pre departure test. Dr Chng was great. He will go through my history. Advise me what to do. He even was very supportive when I could not get a negative PCR after I have recovered. So, all in all I thought he was great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor wasn't confident in diagnosing my chest discomforts and tingly hands and was very eager to brush me off. Likewise for the staff who wasn't sure of what to do and wanted me out.
The male doctor also conducted the consultation in the wait area with a white board partition separating us from the public. Won't recommend if you have something personal to share because people will still hear your conversation.
