Rude receptionist. Enquired if the clinic prescribes a certain medication but the receptionist just went β€œNo we don’t” and hung up.

Extremely rude and attitude clinic staff. First and last visit here. Paying good money to get talked down to when making simple inquiry. Seriously they need to go for some manners course. Doctor was a nice and patient lady though. I’d have given no stars if there’s the option!

I visited this clinic a few times and all my experience were very good. Today again accompanied wife to see doc Ler, who is very friendly, polite and caring. The counter staff were also nice.

It was one of the female doctors who did the consultation with me. The whole experience was really pleasant. Spacious waiting area, polite receptionist, reassuring and professional doctor. Great location as well, very easy to find, one escalator up from Kiddy Palace.

I felt Mei Ling staffs need to be more kind and patience when explaining detail to client. Not professional at all and the staff Suzie was really rude. I called to asked if there's available slot for booster. She told me there's no slot and asked me to apply online instead. After talking for awhile I was asking for her name and she went silence so I have to asked again. Reluctantly she told me her name was Eng Wen or Ang Wen. I put down the phone and check the online booking and the earliest date was Feb 15 which I couldn't wait as I might not be able to go to the office. Awhile later I called up again to speak to Eng Wah. I told her that I'm not able to wait so long and I would like to make appointment for the next day. She asked me to call the next day to book for appointment without explaining the detail of the action and brush me off. So I asked to speak to the doctor so she put me on hold.. Awhile later her colleague Suzy answer the phone and informed me again to call the next day. I asked her since she have a slot for the next day why cant she take my appointment and she just reply and said cannot. So I am asking for the logic why she can't take my name and do the booking for the next day? She just said cannot and I have to call the next day again. So I asked to speak to the doctor and she say I dont have to speak to the doctor. When I asked her name she reluctantly told me and when I asked for her sir name she said I don't need to know and its has nothing to do with me. She was really rude. She told me that they are not community center. Omg is this the kind of attitude the staffs have than I think there's something the company should look into. Great disapointment!

At 2pm, about 14 people were waiting to get the second booster shot. The counter staff were very stressed and not answering the ringing phone. A walk-in was turned away. I got my shot in 25mins, the young male doctor was efficient, I was told to sit for 15 mins before leaving. My advice is make sure you book an appointment via the link sms-ed by MOH for your booster. Or you risk getting turned away. In all, a pleasant experience.
