Staff are very professional. My hairstylist is Nick and sometime Jacky. They both are very caring and gentle in handling your hair. The hair wash and the head massage is very relaxing. I've been patronising the saloon for more than two years and really liked the service.

Walked in today to try and get a haircut repair. The attending hair stylist say he CANNOT repair cos nothing can be done except wait for hair to grow and cut again. Other method is to follow literary what I suggest, he just cut! Definitely not taking responsibility or trying to be creative by offering solution. Keep saying “you understand what I say, you understand What I am saying?” Why would we go salon if the hair stylist not able to do his job? I left and went to another salon and got my hair done perfectly fine. Even signed a package with that salon. This branch need to reevaluate your stylists if not don’t bother having more customers!

I always come to this hair salon every 1-2 months to get my hair cut. The hair stylist, Nick, is very professional and friendly. He always provide a top notch service and provide guidance towards hair product and hair styling. Overall, he is an excellent hair stylist.

Was greeted by one of the staff at the entrance (I later found out his name is Nick) who was very polite and obliging to get me seated though I did not make any appointment in advance. However, the entire experience was ruined by the exceptionally poor service provided by the other stylist (it was a pity I didn’t get his name) that did my haircut. He appeared impatient and seemed least interested in doing his job. Everything was done in a rush and when I told him how I’d like the haircut to be done, he just kept repeating in an agitated manner “I know what you mean, I know what you mean”. It was not as though the entire saloon is packed with customers that he had to rush me through. There were only 2 of us there, with Nick attending to the other customer. Overall, he would give you the impression that your presence there is not worth his time and effort. I would recommend to give this place a miss or at the very least, try to get Nick as your stylist. He seems to be much better at his job.

Been to this outlet for 3 years and counting. I can leave my haircut to my stylist, Joe, without worries. He is attentive and will cut with care. I'm always greeted and tended to, even before entering the outlet. Great experience always!

Been a regular for quite awhile because I love the service here. I usually have my hair cut by Jacky, who pays extra attention to details. He knows that every customer’s hair type is unique and and approaches from that angle - and of course he first asks what the customers want. Jacky shows professionalism in his work, and it shows.

It was my first time walking into this salon, wanted to get a quick trim before I give birth so my hair will be easier to manage. The staff were super welcoming despite the last minute walk-in and I was lucky to get Jacky the assistant manager who was very meticulous and even though I wasn’t expecting much from a quick trim, he took great care in styling, cutting, blowing my hair and it turned out great! Loving my new hairstyle and ready to take on a new baby. Will definitely return again.

I came here because my partner recommended from his brother. My hairdresser Shirley did a really good job. I had a haircut and hair dye, and also did scalp treatment since I bleached my hair; generally I had a good experience. Shirley was really good at what she did. For once I didn’t regret having a haircut as compared to my experiences with my usual hair salon. I also love the dye colours. I also asked about proper haircare since Shirley pointed out that my hair was falling too easily and my scalp was a little sensitive (both facts I knew myself for a long time) and she recommended their products and spent time explaining patiently how to use them to me. Overall: Feels a little pricey but worth the money! Job well done. I will definitely come back again.
