★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The peak hour wait is insane. Counter lady informed every customer for 30mins waiting time at 12.45pm when I placed order for just 1 burger but I waited for 40 mins and still undone. Management need to look into the process of food making - don't think by re-organize the way of processing order will cause any reduction in the food's deliciousness. meanwhile, will tell family no Mos BUrger during 12-2pm and 5-7pm. terrible wait !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You usually won't go wrong with Mos Burger but for this particular outlet it's always a hit or miss. Sometimes the fries were super nice.. And sometimes just.. Meh. I do think the outlet needs to improve on taste consistency. Also I tried the new product Crunchy Chicken Burger.. It was like biting into a rock. The chicken was overdone and so so dry and hard. A few times I ordered through grab food and asked for no ice in milk tea and they still gave ice.. ? Staff please be more meticulous. However I know it's not easy being in the F&B industry so thank you for working hard.

When asked the staff what her name nobody wanna tell.
I am not racist but you are really rude china lady staff.
I hope there's a cctv shows how she shauted and i took a picture of her

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forever my favourite burger join!! I just love their burgers.. even the most basic ones also very tasty! Try their fries, salad and ice lemon tea.. its different from the McDonald's.
Ai.... Sometimes I wish i can just eat and dont have to worry about my weight..

Ice lemon tea and corn soup tasted watery. The sauce on the burger is just.....look at the photo and you'll see how bad it is.
Very disappointing.
