★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So i passed by this clinic one day and thought i'd like to try for invisalign. Checked the google reviews and booked for Dr Ng Kay Eng for cleaning/polishing along with consultation for invisalign.
Dr Ng, true to his name, was gentle and knowledgeable. Made good effort to ensure all my questions were answered and tailored my needs to the treatment needed- didnt push for invisalign just to earn my money. The cleaning was gentle and he'd respectfully inform when he was abt to start.
The receptionist, Nicole, was exceptional! She went way above her job description- reasons i shall not disclose; however, rest assured that you are in good hands in this clinic!
Booked my other dental appt right away n recommended my husband too! Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred to a friend here as the prices here are more affordable. I am grateful for the personable touch that Dr Ng has when interacting with me, despite my countless questions. I was also impressed by the design of the patient experience, starting from the easy pre-registration process to the end of my visit (I did a wisdom tooth extraction). I was expecting a drop in quality due to the lower prices but I was delighted to learn that I am still very well taken care of. Dr Ng pointed out some issues with my current teeth and was also mindful that I wanted to keep the cost low. Overall, I’m a pleased patient!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Tan Jian Xiong is patient, friendly, gentle and very competent in his clinical skills. Also, his charges are affordable. I have had several procedures done under him and always with minimal discomfort and good results. Dr Tan is great with kids as well. My 5 year old daughter had a gum infection and he managed to clean the area up with minimal fuss from her. He also has a nice TV on the ceiling to distract kids (and adults) and he was very kind to allow my daughter to select her favourite show to play.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean and new place. Calming ambience with smoothing music. Dr Tan Jx and staff are very professional and patient. The whole experience is surprisingly enjoyable for a dental visit. Will definitely return!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did my polishing and scaling today as this clinic is just 5 minutes away my house. Love the clinic set up and of course the friendly and helpful nurses and dentist here ? Thank you for the wonderful and pleasant experience and I will be back again in 6 months time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First and foremost, greeted with the warmest welcome by the friendly staff, the place looks cozy like you would expect from a home. Generally the doctors are very professional at their work and is informative of what is happening while doing their job to clean our teeth, every session of cleaning or appointment, the doctors advice appropriately upon doing the consultation, as a new branch for MySmile Dental at Bidadari it is known that the great work ethics from the first branch at Hougang is carried forward through the next. I am very satisfied with every appointment made with them so far and has never encountered any issues with MySmile dental.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my 8 yo daughter to the dentist on 16 May. Very pleased with the whole experience. The place was cosily decorated with some kids' toys around. Front office staff was pleasant and friendly. Dr Annabelle Tong was attending to my daughter and she was very patiently comforting and explaining to my daughter every step of what she was going to do, and my daughter got her molar tooth pulled out effortlessly. Big thanks to Dr Tong and her nurse and front staff for converting a daunting to a pleasant dentist visit.
