I came in very afraid to do my wisdom tooth extraction but Dr. Ng Z Y gave me all information I needed to know prior to the surgery. I trust she understood my fear in doing so. All the time during the procedure Dr. Ng always checking on my wellbeings, always keeping me informed on what's shes doing and what she is going to do. I thanked the nurses/ her assistants in getting me Milo when I black-out before and after surgery. But most I thank Dr. Ng for her patience and professionalism in displaying a caring and concerned Doctor.. wisdom tooth extraction felt no pain.

Dishonest dental clinic!!! Cheated my aunty!!! Just tooth attraction cost her $2000??? And they did not explained the treatments and cost before the dentist do anything!!! Then demand her to pay $500 CASH and NO RECEIPT was given!!! Pls b care and think twice before visiting this clinic!!!

Implants done on the back teeth. Service: Dr. Tan was astonishingly good, ensured that I was in good hands and swelling didn't last long, in fact it was so nicely done as compared to the other implants I did at another clinic. Price: I only paid minimally through cash and the other payments were made via medisave, which was seamless too. Overall: Kudos to the team at LDS for their professionalism. Will be back if I need any dental work done!

Do not be fooled by the fact tt it is located under HDB or the absence of a printer to issue receipts (if you dont ask, they dont even issue receipts! On hindsight, receipts would remind and reinforce the fact tt u just spent a bomb) Be prepared to pay a higher price than expected. We wanted to try basic scaling and polishing in our new neighborhood but both my partner and I feel like we were being taken for a ride; just S+P is $150 for me and $220 for him, and guess what? We were both asked to return for 2nd appointment within a month! Examination of "loose gums that may cause inflammation" for me and 6 cavities that requires fillings at $95-150 each for him. We really wonder why they make you go 2 times if you have 6 cavities instead of doing it in same visit; one visit for S+P then followup to have the other 6 cavities filled! The official reason is that cavity filling is done by another dentist, but it is really so that they can split the exhorbitant charges into 2 receipts to make it seem less ridiculous?? You judge. So my partner consulted our old trusted Prof dentist and was told black dots are not cavities, he charged just $10 for the 2nd opinion and my partner avoided spending more than $600 to have his nonexistent cavities filled at Loh Dental. As for me? My "loose gums" have no issue, so why should I pay unnecessary consultation fees to have it confirmed? Waste of time and $$ to me. These are just our opinions which may differ from others but we were really mind-blown by this experience.
