Walked in to enquire cleaning of teeth. I noticed the clinic was empty during peak times. Staff looked at me like a deer in headlights(Must be surprised to see a customer at work?). Despite initiating the conversation she proceeds to direct her answers to my questions to my wife instead until my wife had to tell her to talk to me as I was the customer enquiring. She then asks me of I have a Chas card and I said yes since I saw they had a sign saying they accepted Chas. She asks me what colour and I say Blue and she replies, "Oh today's dentist doesn't accept this card." I could have paid without the Chas card but decided this ludacris treatment of customers doesn't warrant any payment or recommendation. I'll take my money elsewhere. Never experienced this refusal and discrimination at any medical or dental clinic in Singapore. Maybe you have a world reknowned dentist in the heartlands refusing Chas customers :)

I wasn't planning to have my tooth extracted but after the dentist's advice, I went on with it. It was fast! And the whole scaling, polishing and extracting took only 40 mins. Great! The receptionist was also nice and she also gave reminders.

I have been to over 10 dentists in three countries and I can say Dr Jacklyn Chu was the best among them. Incredibly skillful and attentive. The staff is very kind also. Will definitely recommend to a friend.

The staff here are really friendly. The receptionist called me twice before the appointment date to remind me about the appointment, which I'm thankful for. The dentist was very nice as well! Teeth didn't hurt during the extraction and cleaning. Would recommend!
