Wanted to charge me just for cleaning normal nail colours off and charge me extra $16 top up for an express manicure all over again just for buffing my nails even though I already paid for a soak off ($20) and the nail treatments already overlap. Honestly for the prices you pay, go to Orchard Road Far East plaza. Nicer ambience and better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nail polish they had there washed off very quickly in around one day, it was all peeling off. They didn’t do the nails well and they smudged the nails. They didn’t really do it with care and didn’t clean my nails properly. The nails they did went out of shape and onto my skin.

Cost $138 for hand gel nails , no design , normal leg nail polish n a short callous scrub . Avoid at all cost

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to give this a good rating because the staff were so friendly but... you can see how unclean the cut and paint job was. :( Skin scabs everywhere, 2 bleeding cuticles, uneven paint job (not gelish) . This photo is taken less than a 24 hours after the classic manicure was done. $40 lesson learnt. The quality is what you'd expect from your aunt or momma to do at home for you, or even worser. ?
Edit 18/2: changing to 1 star because it's been 5 days and my bleeding nail that got nicked is STILL swollen, painful and obviously infected. I can't even type without pain. May have to see doctor and potentially pursue legal action/claims.
