⚠️Queue at your own risk - Ordered on self-pick up at 1711 hrs but collected order at 1800 hrs (Waited for close to an hour just for express pick-up) > Staff in duty don't even bother to apologise for poor punctuality and unprofessionalism

Used to be better. But kfc's quality is dropping and the few good outlets are almost gone. :(

Either the staff are not trained or the restaurant is under employed, an order can take more than 30mins, it is no more fastfood but slowfood.

The size of the chicken has downgraded to typical under the block western food stall style chicken sizing It used to be two times bigger but now it's just so depressing that you might be Fuller just by eating the chicken from the western food stall under your block

Bad hygiene. Eating halfway and saw this cockroach crossing the table. Staff seemed indifferent when notified, as if it happens normally.

Staff were taking their sweet time while the queue kept getting longer. Waited 1hr for my meal. KFC please retrain your staff, they don't appear to have any sense of urgency.

***PLEASE DO NOT BUY*** If possible I would give 0/5 star. -Bad Customer service. -Dishonest Staff. -Chicken is not Crispy. -Chicken is Dry like powder. On 15th Aug 2021, Sunday at around 9.00pm. My Kids wanted KFC, I placed my order using the KFC app. Ordered the new 5pcs Cereal Crispy Chicken meal, with additional 3 set of cheese fries at Junction 8, KFC. Upon my collection I requested for Thigh, drums and wings meat as my kids doesn’t like the Breast meat. I was served by a Malay Aunty wearing scarf. Her name tag was unclear and I won’t mention her name here. Moving on, She immediately told me that she’s has packed the meat which can’t be changed. I asked why? She told me it’s packed accordingly and she included all the different kind of meat cut. Which I assumed a mixture of “Thigh, Breast, wing and drums”. So I trust her and didn’t insist to change. Shortly, a Malay uncle came to collect his order. He speak in Malay, requested for certain meat cut, she immediately unbox and rearrange accordingly for him. I felt very unfair by her action which is not ethical and unreasonable. I didn’t want to create a scene there as my kids want KFC badly. Next, she packed my cheese fries in a mess, with disrespect, box wasn’t covered properly and fries were sticking outwards. This is too much and I told her for prepare a new set of cheese fries for me. She gave me unpleasant tone “have to wait ahhh” I was like fine. Please go ahead. The preparation took around 8mins, she prepare for me in a well manner as I think she realised that she might get into trouble if I raise a feedback. When I’m homed, I prepare the meal for my kids, the cheese fries were fine. But the Cereal chicken was horrible and it’s all breast meat accept 1 drum. My kids were very disappointed and I’m very disappointed by the service. This is the last time and I won’t recommend anyone to go there. Bad experience and some sort of racists service given. *This is not a made up story, you can feel free to contact me personally and my Invoice number is 9174. Seriously.. the staff here really cannot handle peak hour crowd. Queue management was disastrous, the kitchen service sluggish and slow. Please do something about it. Customer satisfaction is really Low. Chicken has a funky Color and smell. It’s really not fresh. Worst KFC experience ever.
