One of the worst hair salon ever! I went earlier today and the hairstylist was very unprofessional. First things first, she asked whether have I known about the hair package as it will be much cheaper. I declined politely and I would actually expect them to ask what hairstyle would I like to have. Secondly, she shaved my sides unevenly leaving some patches which is so unsightly! Next, the way she cut my hair, it was very rough. Super unpleasant. I have no idea whether she had a bad day which resulted her for doing that. I strongly urge everyone not to visit this salon as you might face a real bad haircut experience with a horrible service rendered.

I wouldn't normally get my hair cut by a any stylist but I didn't regret my decision. Eric certainly knows the best when it comes to a hair cut. I didn't know exactly what I wanted but he listened and gave me plenty of ideas of how my hair should be cut. I was not disappointed and for the first time ever I booked a 2nd appointment in advance. He was very informative about the products available and gave me some great tips for styling my hair. Now I need to try and master them myself. I may have left with a lighter wallet than if I went to a cheap or cut as you go salons but the difference in haircut shows you get what you pay for. Looking forward to seeing the haircut progression and seeing what other ideas Eric comes up with.

Updated 8.9.21 Very unhappy with Alex work attitude and professionalism on 31.8.21. Immediately after applying the hair loss ampoules and while my hair is still very wet, he didn’t wait for the ampoules to be absorbed into the hair/scalp and went on to cut my hair. Furthermore, the hair cut was completed extremely fast, probably <2 minutes. Upon reaching home, I noticed there were multiple strands of uncut hair behind my left ear. * I am still wondering why he rushed into the ampoules treatment before the hair cut. All customers including myself would certainly like to have our hair done professionally. In view of the continuous poor service, I will continue to rate it zero star. Update 17.2.21 It has just came to my attention that my package is not acceptable during the 1st 7 day of CNY which is inconsistent to what my previous hairstylist had told me several years ago. I am now being told that the package is applicable from 19.2.21 without surcharge. My package is renewed continuously over the years but no one had informed me of the terms changed. No reply yet from the salon manager. ==================================== Previous post @I wanted a highlight but was given a color treatment instead and being charged highlight price! @Despite being a regular customer for many years, a very very junior and inexperienced stylist was assigned to me who requires 2 seniors’ advice, assistance and interference when performing a simple men’s highlight treatment. Still, it turned out to be a color instead. @Does not worth any star but am unable to post if no star is awarded. @Simply Rotten! .

Cut wasn’t that good and price was very costly. Becareful as they will charge u for wash and try to hard sell u package.

Terrible and inconsistent hair cutting from Joe. Keep giving excuses to justify why he deviated from picture shown. What’s worse is that it’s a picture of his previous haircut by him! What a waste of money

Worst haircut ever in my life. Why can’t your hair stylist understand that layer hair dose not mean super thin hair cut?! Even show picture and told them not to make it super layer. They did a bad job for my bf’s hair as well. Wouldn’t recommend this place ever. And my fringe is not even equal. Worst salon EVER

Been here doing my hair for more than 2 years. Love the scalp treatment which really worked for me. Every time I go for it, there is a scan prior to customise the treatment required. Never felt that it was hard selling. Though I have slowly accumulated my several packages over the years - would be better if others can use my package too.

Decided to try the perm here since the price is quite reasonable. Left with no regrets. Jason did a really good job with the cut and perm. Not every hair stylist is able to pull off a perm that looks good. But Jason managed to give me an amazing perm and trim.
