I saw this salon listed as one of the top salons in woodlands and it had 71 reviews and high star rating. however they really hard sold me everything and the price kept changing. Alot of hidden costs came in like "oh for halal colour it's 10 dollars extra" which was not mentioned to me before. Even after refusing multiple times they were still hard selling to me a 700 dollar package. And they also conveniently used the language barrier as an excuse to not understand where convenient for them. They failed to tell me properly because they talk so fast. Truly the worst experience. Really felt like I was ripped off

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impeccable service from the team at Nailz Gallery CWP. Kelly and Sarah stood out with their vast knowledge in Nail art. Have been with them for close to a year. They never fail to impress me with new colour combination and nail artwork every single time. Highly recommend you to look for these ladies! Extremely value for money packages here compared to other nail parlour at Causeway Point. Def no hard selling here.

There are many hidden costs and the staff kept pushing to add on services for you and at the end of the session, they will push for you to buy their packages and when you do not they will give an awful attitude. Best of all the nails they do, don't last for more than a week. The entire experience was horrendous and I will not ever step foot in this nail salon again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience I had with Nailz Gallery @ Causeway Point. Thus, this will be the first and last time going.
Before I went to check how much is the service for pedicure and she said $38. When I'm done and about to pay staff Ily kept hardselling their products and keep asking to join as a member . She repeated herself for atleast 5x. glad that I didn't! And told them not interested and she made the sulking not happy face. Upon paying, not even telling me how much it is and she charged me as $40.66. And when asked why is it a different price she kept quiet!
Never ever wanna go here anymore! Hard selling, poor customer service and hidden price upon paying!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here for express manicure the lady straight quoted the price before I can even enter the salon where I find it so rude like your customer can’t pay your service she said it was $68 ok it’s fine cause the other salon I always go to is fully book. this is probably the most expensive and bad service and quality as you can see from the picture the edges of the nails and it’s so uneven and the lady didn’t even file and the polish all falling apart after 2 days. It doesn’t seem like they use gel as the nails that came off is so rubbery like the kids nail polish that u can just peel off. The staffs there all Vietnamese and they like to talk to their own language after she’s done she put some lotion on me rub a little and didn’t even bother cleaning up the excess lotion and when I went to pay she charge me 72$ like what you said $68 ? so horrible. They do upselling also.
