★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst manicure experience, rude staff, won’t come back. I decided to give the place a chance despite the reviews but they were just awful. and yes constant hard selling where they repeatedly tell us how our nails are in “very bad condition” and that we need to buy so and so additional services from them. Also, as you can see there is a trend here in the reviews so instead of just giving a standard reply of apology, perhaps it’s time you review your marketing efforts and train your staff. There is nothing wrong with selling but if you piss your customers off through your selling, they ain’t ever coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very good and reassuring experience with Wendy Lee who gave me good advise on how to take care of the fungus that had developed in my big toe after an injury. The pain in my toe was greatly relieved. There's a promo going on now so I signed a value package for my follow up sessions.
Update: I bought the $500 package and paid GST $35. totalling $535. However, whenever they deduct money from the package for whatever services I had, the bill includes GST again. Is that a standard practice? I'm a little confuse about the payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was very disappointing... Got it through favepay and this is my first and last time here. Not satisfied with the work and had to come back at two separate timings because they said I didn't specify I was gonna do both pedicure and manicure so they assumed only one and asked me to come back at a later service even though there was no one else in the shop. The actual work is also... Leaves much to be desired.
