★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there at 7:40pm, noted from their website that they close at 8:45pm, but to my surprise their shelves are completely empty, with zero alternatives.
Just curious how a large organisation could plan their business like this, having no restocking protocols and system in place to prevent this.
Also immediate checking on their website and facebook page does not indicate so and call out to customers of their sold out status, which is frustrating for me as I have wasted the trip, all the way from the Eastern part of Singapore (Simei), which could have been prevented if only this organisation bothered with good consumer care and communications .
Even after this altercation created by them, they were still extremely sluggish and slow in listening to my complaints and come to an amicable resolve, sadly only after long and drawn reasoning through various calls to HQ.
Well its just ironic that with today's situation and depressed business weather we still have BUs that treat their customers in such manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nam Kee food is generally ok. But the attitude of the staff of this V Hotel branch is poor, especially a young guy who is usually there on weekdays lunchtime. Always black face and rejected request to have extra chilli for my ban mian.
