★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You know what you are getting at Nando’s. Chicken done in the way you want with nice sides to go along. Tried their Smokey flavour chicken but I think still prefer lemon and herb. Love their wedges, coleslaw and the soft serve as well! Good service too! One of our orders came with chicken breast meat even though we ordered chicken thigh but they changed it with no questions asked.

Pleasant surprised with their GREAT service. The waiter is attentive, he help to carry an extra chair for us to keep our bags (we did not request for it). Enjoy our dinner a lot. Thanks Nando! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This famous Nandos chain needs no introduction- juicy and tantalising chicken, hot spicy sauce, scrumptious sides(love the pita cheesy garlic). I read before that if you managed to visit all the chain in the world, you get free Nandos for a period of time. Anyway, I love the Tanglin branch as the environment makes you feel like you are in a theme park celebrating your birthday. Their service is also impeccable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall food quality is good for the price paid - and easily feeds a small family with the selections available.
Check-in to seating was quick and easy given the lack of foot traffic due to Covid-19. Ordering is done thru a web app launched via a QR code at your seated table (it is a unique code for every table). The UI is not the best but simple enough.
Love that you can customise the spice level of the grilled chicken but only for the entire order, and no half-half available. However this is easily resolved by asking the wait staff for a platter of their spicy dipping sauces to amp up the spice level on your meal.
Sides are limited but satisfying, and the garlic bread is a must-try. It’s crispy, pillowy and buttery good all at once.
Will return for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a self pick up from this outlet on 13th February 2022. First issue with the outlet was the picked up order was supposed to be at 11:52am when i order at 11:34am. However when i was there, no food was ready for pick up and i have to ask at 12:15pm from their staff on my order, and they told me they just received the order. After collecting the food, i saw this on my order. I ordered the dame exact food with different sides. But the chicken literally is different in size. What the hell is the retaurant doing?

Chicken was tender and juicy. ?
Marinate was flavourful and delish ?
Service was efficient ?
Price tag reasonable ?
Nothing much to scream about and nothing to complain about. We left filled and satisfied diners ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not enjoy my lunch at Nando’s..
1) Had to order food via an app and pay immediately. For a first timer like me at Nando’s its totally confusing and it took me awhile to navigate thru the app. I would suggest adding pictures of all the items.
2) Staffs looks super unorganized and was busy ‘running’ around when restaurant wasn’t full for weekend lunch peak yet, don’t want to know how it will be like during peak.. Understand that everywhere is understaffed but it would be much more welcoming if staffs can at least smile when serving customers.
3) Waiting time for food was roughly about 20 mins. First thing I notice when it arrive; my order was Boneless chicken thigh with sides but its seems to be Sides with boneless chicken thigh.. Chicken was 70% overcooked, most parts was rather hard and dry. Taste of food was rather mediocre for the price, some western hawker stalls serve better chicken. Really hope its a one off experience as reviews from others seems to be different from mine. Not sure if I will be back in the near future to give it another chance.
