Alicia from tampines has been a great help and adviser to solving my foreign domestic worker issues and problems. Alicia is responsive and never fails to get things done and has prompt follow up actions. There were couple of times when I encounter difficulties in terms of communication with my FDW and she helped to be the bridge and mediator to resolve the issue. Thumbs up to your responsiveness and close follow up action. I am happy with the services provided by Alicia and Nation.

Have to access from the back car park. The agency staff very strict to those maids that are still onhold waiting employment, occasionally you can hear those maid being shouted inorder to get work done. I am not sure will I need to shout on them inorder to get things moving or done my preferred ways but according to the manager not too lenient usually is the right choice and put them at different levels not to let them overrides your instructions. I am at neutral to the their service till I personally experience with it. But the manager did gave sufficient advices and information of my needs.

Very disappointing experience on my 2nd request for maid When we decided to get a maid to care for my parents the first time, I went to Nation without hesitation as I trusted its competency. I was happy with its service, especially with Shirleen, whom is always able to give me advice. So when my maid left recently, I went back to Nation. Unfortunately this time round, the experience was disappointing! I went to its Tampines office on Friday (24 Feb 2017) evening, and was given 5 profiles. I was told that out of the 5, 2 Myanmar maids were trained particularly to take care of elderly and are in SG for interview. After a discussion on the same night with my family, I called up the agency on next morning (Sat, 24 Feb 2017) morning to inform them that I am keen to interview 1 of them. As Shirleen was busy, I left a message for her to call back. When I subsequently did not receive any call from her by noon, I called again to leave a message that I would like to interview 1 of the maids on Mon. The lady who took my call said that she will pass the message to Shirleen. Then up till Mon (27 Feb 2017), no one responded to me. I had to call 3 times before a lady by the name of Jiajia contacted me and said that the maid was taken. I was truly disappointed with this news. If the maid had been taken up earlier, some one should have informed me about this! I am thoroughly disappointed with your service this 2nd time.

A terrible nightmare and unforgettable experience in Nation , Tampines branch. Please be aware that both Sherlin and the lady boss IRENE who are as cunning as a fox. After 4 months of working , my maid started to give me many problems .I contacted Nation several times for help. In the end my maid told the agency over the phone that she would like to go home .I decided to deploy my maid instead of transfering her to another employer. as I find her very emotional as she failed to contact her mother when calling home several times. My nightmare started when I sent my maid back to the agency . SHERLIN scolded her loudly and fiercely in "F "words in front of all the maids in the agency. SHERLIN also wanted me to surrender my maid employment pass and passport . Both IRENE and SHERLIN insisted to transfer my maid to another employer the next day. They threatened that my unused placement fees will be forfeited by Nation if I refused to do so even though I told them that I am more worry that my maid is mentally unwell and is unfit to work in Singapore . She might endanger the next employer . Both IRENE and SHERLIN used all kinds of dirty tricks on me. Firstly , Nation sent my maid to MOM for investigation . I had to go down to MOM to take my statements. Secondly, they treated me like a monkey When I was at Tampines branch to get back the documents, IRENE told me she dont have the documents and told me to pick it up from Jurong branch .When I was on my way to Jurong , Sherlin called me to go back to Tampines branch and said that the documents were with her. When I went back , I pleaded IRENE for nearly 30 mins. As I threatened to call the police and breaking in tears . Irene finally release both documents and said that she will bring my maid to close her bank account the next day. I quickly rushed back to MOM to return the employment pass. Irene did not keep her promise in helping my maid to close her bank account. I also had to sent off my maid to the airport myself . Even though I had paid Nation the full amount of agency fees. This was the kind of service they provided to their customers. Nation forfeited my unused placement fees even though I paid for the $100 insurance to cover it if the maid wanted to go home I hope to share my true story to all employers who are currently looking for maid or transfer maid. Please go for a good reputable and trusted maid agency and dont have to suffer the pain like me.

Great service from Mary Kang. I have been engaging her service for the past 10 years for maid hires, and she has provided great customer support from beginning till today. Giving overall 4 star review due to good recovery from Nation Maid, after they disappointed us with a major admin hiccup. --- There were some admin hiccups initially where there was double-booking of a maid, which caused us some distress as we could not get the maid we wanted. Nation Maid agency then re-assigned a manager Shirlene to directly handle our case, and she was a problem solver and arranged for a good replacement MDW and provided good support to us along the way. We are satisfied with the service Shirlene provided.

Response Time: 4/5 Candidates Selection: 4/5 Package Offered: 3/5 Payment Flexibility: 2/5 I did not get a helper from this agency but the agency definitely provided a good sales & prompt communication. The number of candidates available are wide & different helper has a different placement fee based on their skills, abilities & experience. They do not have any packages to offer as of Jun 2022. Their mode of payments are either in full or via OCBC credit card ONLY.

Having bad experience with nation maid. We hired a helper to come and help us to take care of baby and do some simple house cleaning. The helper came only few months and giving us attitude and rule to us. Keep letting my baby fall down and did not really care. Talk to the helper nicely and yet the helper showing us attitude and talk back rule to us. Email to nation and no response back to us yet.
