My cats Indigo and Darcy had a good bath yesterday at Nekomori Jalan Kayu branch. I opted for the Mori Essential service which consist of a wet bath and blow dry, nail clipping, cleaning of their face and ears, shaving of the paw pads and sanitary areas. They both came back looking good and smelling nice! They handled my two cats really well, no signs of destress when they came home. I suggest if you are a busy and overly worried Cat Mom like me to take opt for the media updates, they took some pictures of them to make sure they were both in good hands. I also like the fact that they do a thorough assessment before they start the grooming session to see if your cats need more than just a bath. My cats had some ear mites issues and they offered to clean and provide some medication at a little cost and they also provided an undercoat removal at a fee as well. I felt the prices were reasonable, as cats are really not the easiest to groom! And this is me speaking from first hand experience of having to do it myself but now that I am expecting I'm glad Nekomori is here to help take that work off me and keep my furkids clean. I highly recommend their services!

Extremely disappointed with the experience I've had with Nekomori. We went down for their grand opening and was super pleased by the environment there. We were also told that there was free transportation and 50% off grooming for first time customers since it's their grand opening, therefore we opted for both. However, nobody contacted us regarding the timing for transportation so we called them to confirm. We were then informed that their system doesn't show us opting for transportation (I mean, how funny because they took down our address). They double checked and told us that there were no more slots for transportation on the date of our grooming session. We refused to accept that and asked if there was anything else they could do. The receptionist who picked up the phone (also the one who booked our grooming for us when we were at the store) then told us that the best they can do is for us to send down our cats ourselves and they will reimburse us for the ride back after grooming, which we accepted. Then, the next day came and the receptionist told me that it was not possible for her to make such decisions due to her position. (????) We were even more upset at this point because it was empty promises after empty promises from them. We were told by the concierge that the promotion for both grooming and transportation could not be stacked and that we could only choose 1. They mentioned that the person who spoke to us was a new staff member and was not familiar with the procedures. (again, ?????) We had made arrangements specially for our cats on that day and they said the best they can do is to postpone our grooming to the earliest date (3 days later) where they could provide transportation for us which is pretty unfair for us to clear out our schedules again. We declined that offer as we were done with different staff telling us different stories. Summary of everything, Nekomori should train their staff members better than this, be it the frontline staff or the ones handling their concierge. This is really a huge disappointment as we were really looking forward to our cats' first grooming session. Never again, Nekomori.

Brought my cat in for grooming today and the groomers here were excellent! They explained the charges very well before they checked her in and I was given prompt updates and they asked for my consent on recommended services before they started on them. Photos and videos were provided promptly and most importantly, Jiji seemed really happy after we brought her home. Her fur was very nice and soft and nails were nicely clipped. Thanks so much for making this experience enjoyable for Jiji!

They did a really good job. I really cant emphasise how caring they are and they have been the best support I ever had ever experienced. Even when I’m panicking over on the day of collecting my cat to everything. Overall had a pleasant experience. My cat came home looking so much neater and the work is amazing. Top notch recommendation to everyone out there. They always ask β€œis it worth the money?” to be honest, definitely the best value for money. You wont regret leaving your cat in their care.

First time I brought my cat for grooming session. Hence, a bit anxious. Thankfully staff were friendly and professional. Originally I had made an appointment for Signature grooming. However, when I told the groomer I only required a light trim on the belly area, she suggested for me to go for Essential grooming + light trim (ala carte) instead. Very nice of the staff to suggest and change for me (cost saving on my end). Before commencement, staff also informed about undercoat removal and how the charge is calculated. This was also stated in website, so there's no shock involved. They showed me the amount of undercoat fur they had removed, to justify the pricing. I think this is fair and reasonable. I hardly brush my cat's undercoat so it totalled to 7 palm sized worth of fur ($70 charge). I happened to saw other cats' fur, some were much lesser. If you were to brush regularly, there shouldn't be high extra charge. There is also a bench for guests to sit while waiting for cats' grooming to end. Place was clean and tidy. Great experience!

I've been to the Kampung Bahru outlet once, and now the Jalan Kayu outlet since it's much closer to home for me :) The team has been nothing but professional, friendly and caring towards my cat. Prices are reasonable, undercoat removal charges were communicated to me by the grooming artisans at the salon and personally I am alright with it, since I brush my cat down regularly so it does not rack up to a high cost. (there is a handout at the salon with more info on undercoat and the benefits of removal, which I thought was really helpful because I didn't really know much about it prior to bringing my cat for regular grooming sessions) Love the calm and zen ambience of the place! You can view the session through the glass, and browse through the Neko Neko retail there, if not there are many eateries in Jalan Kayu for you to relax at and grab a bite while waiting for your kitty. He's not the most brave when it comes to grooming (or anything in general lol) but the artisans took good care of him and he very quickly went back to his usual self after heading home, smelling fresh~ Thanks team!

This is our 2nd time at Nekomori but at the new Jalan Kayu outlet! Very impressed with the interior and their service as usual, we opted for the Essential Groom and our furball came out clean and neat! There is even a retail area for you to do some shopping for your furkid. Pricing is reasonable and it's a better location for those living nearer to the North. Photos are by Nekomori.

Package: Mori Classic for Long Hairs + 2 Way Transport Second time with Nekomori and I am always delighted with their service because it is efficient and responsive. Most importantly, Luna is always comfortable and treated well at Nekomori. Booking and Transport Done hassle-free online, and quickly confirmed via email and WhatsApp. Pick-up and drop off was also done seamlessly, with the driver informing you 15 minutes before pick-up/drop-off and they always send you a photo proof. So if you’re not home, this is extremely reassuring. Grooming Groomer always keep me updated before proceeding with anything. I can tell that Luna was thoroughly checked and offered the best service. Groomer also sent me photo updates to show that Luna is enjoying herself. Very thankful that the groomer also answered my enquiry and gave me tips on how to upkeep the cats grooming at home. Payment A deposit is required prior to the appointment, and all payment done via pay now which is extremely convenient!
