★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is alright with many aquarium accessories. Fish are healthy. Bettas look really sad in their little cups, not healthy at all. I feel sad for them. Please take care of them, change the water please.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The 2 young staff at the shop were very patient and knowledgeable. And they were very friendly taking the time to explain to me. I saw a few bad reviews about this place and when I went to the shop the treatment was not like the reviews described.
Could be customers with bad experience maybe were being difficult or rude hence get that kind of experience. Always believe in treating others the way you wish to be treated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there 2 time, bought 2 fish tanks from them, thought of giving one chance for them since the first time service was rude and unprofessional, by far the worst service I have received, across the other fish shops I have visited. Won’t be recommend any fish lovers to come here since they are not interested to run business and utterly rude toward their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the better neighbourhood LFS around the North East side. Lots of stuffs and variety of fishes and they'll be glad to help you get the things you want. Have been visiting the place many times, the 2 young lads don't really give you top notch services but they won't disturb you unless you need help. Their answers will always be direct in your face, thus making people think that they're rude.
Edited: I feel that as a fish lover, I have the obligation to speak up for the fishes. Decided to take back the old ratings down to 1 star. For 2 times, 2 visits!!! Fishes are affected with parasite (Ichthyophthirius multifiliis) yet they didn't even bother to label it as quarantine and not to be sold! For people patronising, please do look out lest you find yourself taking sick fishes home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 3 goldfishes from them on sunday evening, two died the next morning.. And we spotted fish lice on the last one 3 days after getting it.
After zooming in the photos that we took after placing in the tank, realised that the 2 fishes which died actually had fish lice too.
Attached photos were taken on the day we got them.
