M	Ming on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wide range of Nespresso capsules, plus Nespresso coffee machines and accessories. A plus point is the coffee cupping - tasting and observing the aromas and flavours of the different capsules. What an indulgent, multi-sensory coffee experience!
H	H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to purchase a coffee machine here but was told by this short hair lady with black specs that sampling is not allowed due to covid. If we can’t try whether or not the coffee is good, what’s the point of buying? Meanwhile, we saw another family getting demo and samples to taste test. Turns out you can get sample taste test, just have the coffee in a paper cup and test it just outside the storefront. Still, short hair lady insisted no sampling ??‍♀️ Thankfully the boutique mentor approached us, named Shida and he provided clear demo, answered all our questions and also allowed us to sample test the coffee. Initially thought we could purchase via Shopee with cashback but because of his outstanding service and patience, we decided to get the machine in store to give him business. Thanks Shida for the commendable service! ??

J	Janice Ho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this outlet twice and twice were bad experiences. 1st time, the lady who attended to me got irritated by my question and replied in a frustrated tone. 2nd time I was ignored by the sales staffs in the shop and had to approach 1 of them to accept the bag of recycled capsules. Basically I had to ask to be served. What a far cry of service level from the VivoCity outlet that I visited more frequently. Raffles City outlet staffs ought to be re-trained! This outlet is definitely in my boycott list!

I was served by this gentleman (my apologies as I didn’t manage to get his name) but it was stated on my receipt as NNKASSIMHA. He actually managed to recommend me another way of enjoying my coffee and I was so thankful for that! His well-detailed explanation has made realised that I am able to enjoy my coffee in so many ways. So, thank you!

She took her time to explain to me the different usage of the machines and the different flavors of the capsules. I was very amazed with her knowledge of coffee and her service towards the customers. She made sure that I purchase the machine and coffee cater to my needs as well as getting the best deal from the promotions and I appreciate that very much. Thank you for such an amazing staff !!!
