โ โ โ โ โ if I could give a 0 star review, I totally would. The manager of the store was the most inflexible one I'd ever seen in my life. She was unable to tend to customers' needs and could not work around the system to provide a good shopping experience for the customers. a simple request of item transfer could not even be done and procedure had to be delayed. this will be my one and only time shopping with this outlet. never again.

Apart from good range of high-quality dresses, the sales consultant name Joanne (or Joan) literally SAVED my life & prevented me from loosing my job. I had a very unpleasant morning where I needed a dress early morning even before shops were opened. I was about to get in trouble, where this angel saved my day. Why I am sharing this story is because a lot of us work with clients every day, therefore having empathy and good heart can make a difference for someone. Be kind - be Joanne ! Haha. Kindness shall never be forgotten. This is the kind of place I will come again to. Have a good day to All. (P.S. My apologies to sales consultant, if I spelled your name wrongly).
