Good food & great service.

The Lor Mee was amazing, smooth yet thick sauce. The 100 second stewed fish also nice.

The worst dining experience at Putien!! The food is really bad and very slow!!!

The food was tasty but there are rooms fro improvement in services: 1. Took away chili sauce around 8.30-9.00pm while the customers were still in the midst of eating. The food was served 20-30 mins before this happened. We told the waitress that we still wanted more chili but she told us to ask when we needed more. So we had to refill the chili sauce before she took it away. We didn’t ask for more after that as it was troublesome. 2. Started to sweep floor (around 9pm) while all the customers were still eating. In Chinese culture, sweeping floor while the guests are eating is a sign of asking the guests to leave. Also it is very unhygienic to eat when someone is sweep floor. 3. Billing issues. We needed to request to change bill twice - first time it was related to the discount and second time was related to the unused wet napkins (we told them right from the beginning when asking for the bill). Please make sure that you check you bill before leaving. Overall the staffs were friendly and quick in response but these above areas should be looked into. The opening hours of the restaurant is till 10pm (online). It seemed like the staffs were rushing to clear and close, starting from 9pm. And by 9.20+pm we left after we got the strong signals. The operating hours should change to 9.30pm or tell the customers that we need to leave by 9.30pm when we are seated.
