Some of the items are priced lower than in other outlets. They have a clearance section which has shoes priced at 50-90 dollars.
Recently they had a store-wide buy-1-get-1 promotion for Christmas and New year.
Overall worth dropping by if you're a fan of NB

The weekday staff were courteous and helpful.
But the weekend staff were unbelievably poor. I went in store for a simple size exchange but was greeted with horrible service, with staff standing around unable to figure out the sales system. After wasting 50 minutes of my time, they told me that I can only top up the value to buy 2 pairs of shoes that I did not want. I asked why I couldn't just exchange it for a shoe of the same value, they quoted company policy which was not written on the receipt itself. I just wanted to upsize an item, but was given no options to do so at its original value. This is a scam to upsell if anything. No apologies, no understanding. Ridiculously unprofessional service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Offer great deals for high quality shoes and clothing items. Got a t-shirt and a pair of shorts at 40% discount. Love their shirts as their materials are not too thin. A particular brand shirts are light and comfortable, but too thin and rips easily, thus I prefer New Balance and Uniqlo for t-shirts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big thanks to the staff on shift today at around 1.30pm for helping to to call and check stocks and reserve the shoe I was looking for for the past 2 weeks! While other branch staff either has no idea, never seen the shoes before or they directed me to stores that did not carry the type of shoes I was looking for (nex/bugis/singpost/suntec/CCP/tampinese -which was closed for renovations?)
I was looking for Trail Running Hierro V5/V6! So if you're looking for that you can head to IMM outlet (they have a few instocks!)
My size was available at Alexandra Retail Center and it was the last pair! I managed to get it after reservation as I went down immediately. Thank you to the staff Ms Tan for helping me to check the sizes and recommend me the offer! There was a 3 item 50% off too and I bought 2 t-shirt along with the shoes (originally $100) my total was only $68.75!
