β β β β β The employee cheated their customers! Unacceptable, and very terrible experience. Reported to the company for their wrong promise to customer, but JD only wants me to pay the cost for their own fault. Will never come back and buy anything from them. Blacklisted forever!!

β β β β β Yo this place is one of the best place for you to get new kicks! They have some limited edition shoes too at times. New shoes are brought in every month or so? Got me a pair of PUMA Ignite Limitless and I love it since I first laid eyes on it.

β β β β β My son bought me a pair of Lacoste shoe from Ion JD Sports branch. Realise size was too big. Was too busy during CNY no time go down to change. Went on 7 Feb 2022 to Jurong point branch, kind Fiona salegirl approachable help me call funan and bugis branch to search the correct model and size bt to no avail. Finally she found the last pair in her Jurong Point store correct size for me. I feel grateful, thankful for her. Hope this review help her get raise or promotion as she is kind and sweet.I ??

β β β β β Bought a shoe from JD Jurong Point yesterday (20/02/2021) and went home happily. on the next day morning when i inspected the shoe i realize the shoe lace was badly torn probably because i bought the last pair(display set) and is was my fault for not checking carefully. when i called in to do an exchange of the shoe lace on (21/02/2021) 11.30am they, refused to do so even when thereβs still stock for the shoe. just different size. and also rejected a refund. my first time buying a shoe from JD and would hope it will be the last .

β β β β β Unpleasant experience had at JD Jurong Point today.
Looking for sport shoes and being served by a salesgirl who has an awful service attitude.
The other sales guy who worked at the cashier just standing and chatting with another guy.
Understand that the outlet just started and she was cleaning around 10.30-10.45am. When she finished cleaning, she stood and helped me out looking for sizes. But she never even smile during the service and she did not share the size details patiently. As she feels like I wouldnβt buy, and yes, I will never buy at this outlet.
To the managers, please training your staffs on how to provide a proper customer service.
