the hair dresser cut my sister's hair using an electric hair cutter and did not bother trimming or brushing up w scissors afterwards. my sister's hair turned out horrible obviously it wasnt straight and there were different lengths of hair sticking out everywhere it's really atrocious I have the pics to prove it and we only went there coz my mom was pressurized into buying the package. the first time we came here it was okay but the second time was not okay at all, the first hair cut was done by a guy and this time a lady who seems to be very uninterested in her job and just rushed it .. I understand it's only $3 but the first time we came here the haircut was acceptable to be worth $3 but this time she really went overboard w it, not even worth a dollar coz anyone would be able to use an electric hair cutter to anyhow cut hair dont need to go shop to do it

Garbage saloon! I did a haircut for $6 there and the staff was grumpy and rude. I asked them if they could add a thin line on the side of my head, and they originally told me it was $3. At the end of finishing my haircut, they increased the price to $4 and I wasn't willing to spend more than half the price just for the line! My haircut wasn't even and it looked like there was more hair on my right. NEVER VISIT THIS SALOON! ITS A SCAM.

Normal cut: $6 Member cut: $3 Sounds like a good deal right? But the effort those hairstylist put in when you are a member is worst than the price of $3. Never even bother about what type of hair you want to cut, just cut based on their "professional" opinion. Super rough and zero effort. And to make everything worst, once they know you are a member, they just anyhow cut and zero f was given since they know that they don't need to try to sell you any package / memberships as you already one. All in all, cut at your own risk.

Worst salon ever. Beware of scams. If you absolutely need a haircut. Leave immediately after haircut an ignore the scammers

I should've check the internet before going there for a haircut. Their signboard, its shown "haircut $3 for member and $6 for non-member". I thought i can save a meal per haircut but sometimes when its seem too good to be true, its a scam. Same techniques, trying to hard sell you hair washing packages and if failed, they try to sell membership. If you still don't want, they will shame you and instead of $6, they charge you $6.50 "due to GST". Although i didnt lose much during the process, i will avoid merchant like these that lack of integrity. p.s: i felt like my hairs are running with head lices after the haircut, probably psychological.

0 Star !!! Scam salon !!! My brother first time went to this New Gen Studio for a hair cut @$6, but eventually they charge him at $25 and mention that the PROMOTION ENDED. Hello, please remove it if promotion expired. While cutting, the staff do not wait his acknowledgement and they straight away help him to do the treatment that cost $128 for one time.They try to sell those treatment package for $1k+ (10times). My brother said don't want and no money and they still try to sell $500+ ( 5 times ). He still insist do no want to sign up any treatment package and they keep forcing him and mention you can pay 2 times ($250x2). This is ridiculous, beware of this salon. When ask for receipt breakdown they do not provide and give excuses.

If I could give 0 stars I would give , seeing that $6 for a haircut is cheap. Don't go in. The barber will bad cut it for you, and then take you to a room to ask you to check your scalp and tell you how bad you are It cost $199 and I was tempted to tell you that after a few days, there was no discount. I wish there is a 0 star for me to give review. I hope those who are new to this brand please do not ever become a member here although it’s cheap, just $3 per haircut but you have to wait at least half hour or even more than one hour plus just to have a haircut. The staff here all no service provide, show attitude, no professional skill as well so I really don’t know why this company still can run as normal. They will focus of hair scalp checking, colouring ONLY. They won’t bother how many customers are waiting outside. So please consider before you want to become a member.?? I have decided to forfeit all my balance inside, I just don’t want to waste my time here anymore
