No queue when reach about 9pm
- Curry is flavourful
- Zup chai is sweet and not too soggy
- Lor bak is well seasoned but a bit dry
- Fried prawn is damn nice! I love the batter especially! It has the old school taste too!
- Fried egg nothing shout about
Honest opinion: This is WAY BETTER THAN that Jln Besar one.

β β β β β Half a star if Google will allow me to put that. It was terrible. Bland, soggy, a curry that drips like glue. Regret it. The most satisfying part of the meal was when I had to clear the leftovers in the rubbish bin. Sorry for the bad review, but not to my taste. Honest review based on my experience.

β β β β β My neighbourhood quick fix for a flavourful, savoury meal. Has not disappointed but you may want to avoid the leafy vegetables as I donβt think they bother washing it properly. Had a nice crunchy time biting into a lot of sand on 2 different vegetable dishes I ordered the last time

Packet back, it may not look nice or presentable, but must say the braised pork belly and curry is really quite good .. there's always a constant queue and its not easy to get a parking lot in this whole area. The price is not cheap being economic rice, but certainly the food is well above average.

β β β β β Have a wide variety of dishes for selection. Although the Curry sauce looks thick, it was actually quite bland. Their braised pork belly was flavourful and tender enough. Overall, I felt it was not as exceptional as others claimed.

β β β β β Mediocre curry rice. Arrived at 1:20pm and there was only a 5min queue. Coffee shop has ample seating with drink coolers carrying soft drinks.
There are a wide variety of dishes for selection. Sadly, their curry sauce which is seemingly thick, is not packed with flavour but rather bland. Also, it is more of a gravy and is not at all.

1. Braised pork belly: Tender, fatty, with fragrant blank vinegar and black sauce. Most flavourful.
2. Cabbage: Tender veggies
3. Pork chop: Thick coat of batter
4. Squid: Fresh, slightly chewy, and slightly sweet

1. Steamed egg: These come with mixed chopped vegetables (corns, peas and carrots), and unfortunately isnβt silky smooth due to the air bubbles.
2. Fried egg: Normal
3. Celery: Very crunchy, clean tasting
