Recently there's a new staff,he spoke in a very heavy China accent and when I couldn't understood him,he became impatient and rude. When I got home,saw some uneven patches on my hair. Avoid the China hairdresser and opt for the friendly Malaysian ones. They should fire the new hairdresser from China to save their reputation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ came here on friday afternoon, my friend recommended this teck whye salon. NEO cut my hair for me, i asked for a layered look, with some hair infront to frame my face. he sprayed hairspray and helped me style the hair and applied hair cream. loved the haircut he did! thank you NEO! :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been patronizing the bukit batok outlet since it opened years ago, the hairdressers are experienced and does a great job!
Super detail oriented, cuts front facing pieces carefully - fringe, face framing pieces.
They also share advice with their expertise (which I super appreciate) - I asked to layer my hair, but it was already so layered ? so the hairdresser explained why it may not be ideal
Other times they recommended quick easy ways to manage my very difficult and thick hair (it works!)
