★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rainnie is a very good supervisor, she understands me. Stella, jolene and Yuri are very friendly, funny and enthusiastic people and excellent in both customer service and therapy services. Highly recommended! However, the staffs’ hard selling methods is too much that I can’t accept it. Nonetheless , I really enjoyed my facial treatment session there. I was treated with water bottle and the staffs attended to me were all very nice. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unpleasant experience with this branch. I had been requested for transfer of my membership over, multiple visits and more than 1 year they still not transfer my membership over. Visited few days ago, they promised will transfer and contacted me the same day, no news still. I purposely came down again today, upon request and they told me the transfer just done, and never contacted me and wanted me to personally came down to ask again. I wish the manager can look into this matter and give me an explanation personally. Please iron up your procedure ASAP
