As expected the ladies chased me to make a visit. Finally, when I showed up they took no time in telling me that I shouldn’t get IPL ( lame reason) and started to sell other services for higher price. I promptly asked them to not sell anything to me and walked away. Please don’t fall for their promotion it’s always a trap and I should have been careful.

Services are personalised and full of professionalism. My regular hair therapist, Sally, is great. She is friendly and I always enjoy her massages, feeling refreshed after each session. Ferlyn, the branch hair consultant, is very caring and customer oriented. She knows her customers well even at personalised level and keeps track of their progress along the way. Hope these ladies will continue serving at this branch for the longest time to come.

So i told myself i will never go back. last week i had to cut my fringe again, and Myeongdong upstairs was busy. So I gave Jean Yip another chance, and it was the same blond hair guy again. I showed a picture to cut like this exactly. He started thinning which i did not ask, and it was so not even and i pointed out few times. he went 'you have natural curl hair so i can't do anything about it' i was like 'then straighten the hair or blow dry then cut as that is what other hair stylists do'. He was not that accommodating or polite when i asked to cut again as it was so spiky and uneven. His attitude sucked and lack professionalism really. I strongly recommend never to go to this place!

She is very gentle and thorough with all the steps she does during the treatment. My pain tolerance is very low and Moon makes my facial treatment really bearable. I highly recommend her!
