★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptional service & knowledgeable staffs. We dropped by to find school shoes & basketball shoes for our boy. No stocks, but a gentleman (Edwin) was really nice to advise on suitable designs & different places/branches. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service and Experience. Staff even raised their voice. Manager didn’t apologise. Very poor outlet. All cause of membership. We could have been explained to and not treated with sarcasm. Gosh. Stop treating customers like criminals. It’s just shoes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After waiting for over 5minutes and being ignored by staff completely, we left the store. We had been looking shoes for our two children but after trying to get staff attention and waiting patiently, we decided it wasn't worth the effort. I know they can be busy, but acknowledging a customer and letting them know you'll be able to help in fee minutes is BASIC customer service. Eye contact and a smile goes a long way.
