C	Christine Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst attitude of the sales associate who just stands there like a statue! I was shopping for some stuff with my friends. We just took the item from the rack to see and place back. The sales associate immediately walked over and lift the item up and adjust back to the same angle. The look on the face on her was very annoyed and digusted! I wanted to buy the item but from her face, i was so taken off, i dont feel like buying as her body language tells me "leave the things alone at the original position, dont make me busy". This is the first time i encounter a reputable retail store having such sales staff! No service or positive attitude at all. If you dont want customers inside the store to mess up your display, CLOSE THE DOOR!

They only allow changing or 'buy other kinds of stuff as much or more within the day.' They don't even let you have credit for future purchases. Literally, you spend now or give up the money regardless of the problems from the products.

Checked out the Nike store @ Suntec today to look for the white AF1s as it has ran out of stock in almost every other sporting outlet(JD, Footlocker, etc). Other than just the usual answer of “no stock”, one of the staff by the name of Daryl, went the extra mile and called the other outlets to check for stock availability. What impresses me the most was that he did all these on his own accord without me asking. I have to admit though, I don’t usually, if at all, buy sporting goods at full retail price, but his excellent level of service has certainly convinced me to do so. Overall, even putting the stock availability issue aside, this was a refreshing breath of fresh air of excellent retail experience that impresses me even as someone who has a long history of working in a retail role!

I was very fickle minded and tried like over 10 pairs of shoes and yet she was extremely patience with me. Thank you Catherine! You are the Best!!!

I forgot to ask for the staff’s name but he is so awesome! He patiently explained to me the models, got me a pair of socks for better trying experience of the shoes, and apologized profusely for not having the color I wanted. And went extra miles to check/call for me for the stocks in other outlets. Superb shopping experience at Nike Suntec.
