★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sought for right shoes after experiencing toe pain from running. William at Running Lab diagnosed my running, particularly how my feet were landing on the ground. He recommended shoes models based on my foot measurement in person (7.5 wider feet) and the type of my foot strike. He spent at least a good one hour helping me finding a right model. I tried out shoes on treadmill and I have no toe pain with my new pair of shoes. He also shared with me several tips on proper running and stretching. I feel lucky to come across him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some good choices in terms of models but sales assistant totally clueless about running and clearly bored with the job, not trying to help in any way, nor even remotely interested in my experience as a client. If it's called "running lab", you would expect some kind of knowledge in running from the staff...

Feet measurement to confirm wide sizing. With the $50 voucher for donating old shoes, cheaper than buying overseas and shipping in.
