I was incredibly impressed by Wee Kiat, Daniel and Billy as their commitment to helping me out did not just come across as customer service but a love for the craft. They spent an hour with me balancing the camera (it was tricky) and working with me to get the right accessories through trial and error.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought my Ricoh Theta Z1 360 Video camera and Bose Ear Piece from TKfoto.
I got to check Video camera stocks via their Shopee Online Store and online chat on shopee was responsive. The video camera was reserved for me so i came down to collect.
The sales staff provided added on help when i was struggling to pair my Bose ear piece. The shop had sitting areas for customers to do setup and testing of their products.
Overally feel staff was attentive to customers :-) Keep up the attentive and warm customer service. I will sure recommend friends to check out TKFoto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service and experience buying from TK Foto, was served by Johnny, initially I briefly walked into the store to inquire about the A7C which they thought was out of stock, I walked down the mall and Johnny made a 200M dash to inform me they made a mistake and there was one left in store (dedication!). After everything checked out it was also in the color I wanted and bought it on the spot. Thanks Johnny

I went back again a few months later to check out the Ricoh Gr iiix - unfortunately Uncle Billy was engaged with a customer and another staff wouldn't let me test the camera (saying customers are not allowed to test due to the shutter count). I came back another day to wait for Uncle Billy and he let me try it without a fuss and we explored the camera together. He's also knowledgeable and will help you compare cameras so you make an informed decision. Always look for Uncle Billy!

My needs were very specific, I had a budget, needed a good quality headphone for my small ear canals which were hard to find. James gave me all the options without feeling so overwhelmed, and I especially loved the fact that I can sit by the sound bar area to connect to my phone and listen to the quality of the audio for each option. Highly recommend, with James especially being so helpful throughout.
