From my experience, they provided great advice for my eScooter which needed a couple of parts replaced and remain LTA-compliant. When something is not necessary for my riding needs, they advised accordingly. I get the feeling that they are customer centric—focussing on quality service and products that leave customers satisfied. Highly recommended.

I worked with the ninebot team in Singapore over Whats App until we finally got it sorted. They were totally awesome to deal with and very patient and supportive. Thank you so much.
