I couldn’t find what I wanted to buy. I asked a young waitress, but he didn’t see it and said it was out of stock, but he did something else. I really felt that the attitude was really bad. If it weren’t for a temporary need, I won't come here to buy things

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would expect made in Japan products since the shop name is called Nippon Home. But don’t get your hopes high as most products are cheap made in China goods which you can buy at very much more cheaply at your neighbourhood hardware stores, and they are also very overpriced for lousy cheap goods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The products are mostly of inferior quality. Some even broke upon first use. When lack of quality about products were feedback to their staff members, they were arrogant to just brush you off….customer service is absolutely none-existent…. Buy at your own peril….
