I would give a zero star if possible. Extremely poor service from Nissan. Our aircon spoiled after using the car for 2.5years. When we sent the car in for servicing and informed the mechanic staff (Kumar) about it, they did not reflect it in the invoice and claimed that it was not mentioned and even pushed the blame to us saying that we didn’t want to let the car be in the workshop for 2 days. As we needed time to make arrangements, we could not send the car in for 2 days. After making arrangements, we sent the car for repairs and Nissan now needs 4 days instead of 2 that was previously mentioned! Oh and by the way, they claimed the car was β€œwashed” when it was clearly not even washed!!! I mean, it says a lot about the quality of work Nissan servicing provides. Who knows what else is not done! What’s the point paying and spending so much time and energy to send the car for servicing when basic things are not done. Please provide better service to Nissan customers and hire better service provider staff. Will not recommend this outlet or even buying a Nissan car!

For a simple 1k servicing, appointment booked at 1130am. Arrive at service center at 1120am to get a Q number but my vehicle’s sheet isn’t printed yet. Wait till 1150 and the Q is not moving at all. I just dropped my key and walked away. I don’t think I’ll return here for servicing thereafter. I prefer the Q management system at cycle & carriage where I can just finish my simple servicing within an hour. (80 minutes all in inclusive of driving in, getting a q, get served, done with servicing and walked away)

Third servicing all free but so far so good, probably more stars after a couple more (paid) servicing. Engineers are helpful, giving good advice for car maintenance. Counter staff are friendly enough too!

When I handed my car over, Staff A didn’t inform how long I needed to wait, but I just waited around anyway as it was only a 5k servicing. 1 1/2hrs (12.15pm) into the wait, I checked with Staff A how long more it will take, the answer was soon soon. 1hr later (1.15pm), I checked with Staff B how long more, he promptly replied that the system stated the car will only be ready at 3pm, and that all the mechanics and even car washers are out for lunch, so no one will be tending to the car now. What???? Although Staff A didn’t stick to the initial protocol of updating when I should come back to collect the car, he went one further by not even having the basic courtesy to update me that the car will take longer than β€œsoon soon”, thinking I am indeed very free to wait arnd. Very very poor service standards.

Nov 2021- The Nissan service centre is now on the ground floor of Subaru premises. Just as helpful, friendly and professional. ? Just some adjustments for the Covid era- masks ?, social distancing, and no food and drink in the waiting room. Their former premises were rented out to Tesla. Dec 2016- Tan Chong's toa payoh service center- less crowded, nearer in central Singapore. Staff helpful and friendly. Hua Yang car company has now rented the foyer for display of cars for sale (Dec 2016). SERVICING: Takes about 2hr + for regular servicing, and about 4hrs+ for comprehensive servicing package. For servicing: 1. pre-book a slot; 2. I hear some people leave their cars either the previous night or earlier in the morning on the day of the servicing.

As always a great experience. Nitin Kumar, the service advisor is courteous, knowledgeable and customer service oriented. Makes it a nice experience.

Nissan service centre at Toa Payoh is excellent. The service coordinator gives good advise about the servicing. Furthermore, the receptionist are polite & respectful.

The advisor don’t know his work.. the technician don’t know the car.. the whole experience is a disaster…. Waste time, waste effort and issue not resolved! Technician did not know the car's function, did not rectify problem. Workshop manager signed off the handover form without knowing the problem was not rectified. Whole chain of unprofessionalism from bottom to the top
