 The fried noodles are so salty that they can't be eaten in your mouth. It didn't taste like this when I bought it before.

Especially dosang noodles(thats how its called in Korea) 도삭면 knife cut noodles.
2nd time in a week after finding this restaurant.
This hacker center is cleaner then others and quite pleasant environment.
The noodles are so chewy 쫄깃쫄깃.
The soup could be little greasy but hot chili and soy sauce will cover.
Recommend to visit!
다오샤오몐도삭면
다오샤오몐 ( 중국어 간체자: 刀削面 , 정체자: 刀削麵 , 병음: dāoxiāomiàn , 한자음: 도삭면)은 중국 산시 지역의 국수 요리이다.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beef noodle in LanZhou style, clear soup base, beef is tender with a bit of tendon. Noodle portion is big. The dark soy based beancurd is also play an important role to give a nice salty flavor. Recommend their Xiao Long Bao and Rou Jia Mo - one is good for sharing and one for tea break.
