The reception ladies behave as if we owe them $$ and rude too.
Fixed an appt and made us wait so long.
The Dr himself very busy on the phone busy forgetting he has patients outside !!!
Merely 10 mins discussion it was costly.
Top of medication another $20 !!!!
Totally unethical and ridiculous.
Milking money despite knowing patient is there for real help !!
Disastrous experience...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Counter staff needs to go for customer service course. Each visit there is very stressful due to poor attitude & unprofessional behaviour. I really hope that they can improve. If not for good doctor (which I rate as 5 stars), would have changed clinic long ago!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve visited Nobel Novena for close to three years now. My overall experience with noble has been pleasant. I do from time to time notice that the counter stuff are putting in a lot of effort in meeting their patients’ needs, especially during busy periods. As with most establishments, there is always a higher (and higher) expectation of customer service from the general public. There is always room for improvement and I believe Nobel can deliver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time calling them regards to appointment. The staff was rather impatient, wanting to end the conversation ASAP. First impressions of customer service had already failed, will definitely not visiting this clinic.
