In this Pandemic Period, I witnessed a very difficult patient in clinic when I came here. The patient, a Smug who incessantly screams at all and everything for no apparent reason at staffs; keeping everyone in the clinic and the waiting patients outside clinic, irritated to say the least. The Frontliners, a malay lady and an indian lady in the clinic were really patient with him and tended to his needs in a very professional way. My hats off to these staffs - Keep up the good work! All the staffs are friendly, presentable and chirpy, even in the busy hours! Yes course, they're totally professional. Goes on without saying.

The worst clinic, receptionists and “Male doctor”. The female doctor was good and polite.

The most appreciated things I value is affordable fee and the clinic is super easy to locate but however, the customer service standards really is something that is very questionable. No empathy, not listening, and lastly impatient service staff. I do hope that this medical group will look into this matter because it doesn't seems to happend for the first time.

I don’t usually give bad reviews or even a review. But all I got from here was less than a minute consultation. Female doctor was incredibly rude and very unprofessional. She do not wish to listen to you and almost chasing you out of her room. Receptionist did their job, they are not friendly but they did what they are supposed to do. Really traumatised. Came here to seek professional help, end up getting so upset with the consultation and doctor is not helpful at all. I feel worse. Please get a doctor with some empathy and not some quack that attitude all your patients. Definitely overcharge for this kind of service.

Basically a clinic near by and opened on Sunday. Probably the waiting time is much lesser compared to some clinic. Clinic cost are much reasonable.

Bad experience from receptionist and Doctor. The lady in front want to know all details about illness if surrounded by peoples she can ask generally for information but this is too much. If she want to know in detail means why you placed a doctor inside the room she only give medicines then no need to wait in public way.Last time i asked about what are the days for lady doctor then she want to know reason.I refused to tell details just told women problem.Then she answered, here now lady doctor not coming. After came to home i i called about the same she replied every Tuesday having lady doctor. Today the Doctor ( male) after hearing illness told a story about his personal bad experience regarding my same issue in some other place.what use for me to hear these waste Stories and about medicine given a out of stock medicine. Its not there but they don't know from when it will arrive including other staff but all they know it will take a long time so wait. Then why i went to a clinic i can google the medicine and order in some online sites.Finally get a bill for consultation charge 31 dollars. and 1 hr waiting time when i get in token number was 5 and mine was 7.

My first time to this clinic. It was a Sunday and this is the nearest clinic with SASH. I read the reviews and not gonna lie, i got really worried about the negative comments. Honestly, they were quick and efficient. Went to the receptionist, told them i have sorethroat and cough, immediately went to do a swab test for me, waited outside(2 chairs provided), called in to see the doctor. The doctor went straight to the point cux i was tested positive and explained the protocols clearly. Had to wait for less than 10mins for them to prepare my medications and MC, paid and i'm home. They treated me professionally and definitely not rude.

I arrived just as it was about to close. They were polite throughout. I completely forgot what the doctor had said when I ended the consultation, so I asked the nurse at the front desk, who was kind enough to ask the doctor if he could help explain it again, and the doctor was equally kind and patient in repeating and explaining what was going on. They were courteous and friendly at the end.
