Today Vesak Day public holiday, decided to visit the showroom at Little Road with my wife, to browse for furniture.
We were served by the sales personnel Jess & Jason, they gave us a pleasant shopping experience; they both have good product knowledge, understood our needs & provided us with options

Novena was having a road shop and we were attended to by Anthony, who was polite (not pushy), patient and very helpful. He showed us the different sofas and fabrics, and explained in details the difference.
Novena products are of high quality and with the excellent service from Anthony, we did not hesitate to buy the sofa.
Delivery was fast and the staff handling the delivery provided a seamless service.
Anthony even followed up to check on the delivery.
All in all, good product and excellent service from Novena
