Dr. Goh was very nice and gentle. The charge is reasonable

They don't have in-house surgeon and you'll have to come back for another appointment for a dental surgeon to come so I have to come back and was told that the surgeon was off sick that day. I ended up walking in to another dental clinic from same mall and received better service there, at cheaper price!

Painful experience. Unfriendly female dentist. She talks like a government officer no human touch at all. Name with initial SM. Have no choice then went there for the first time. Sucks.

I first got to know Dr Tricia Lim one year ago when my old mother needed to do her dentures. She was full of praises for Dr Lim as Dr Lim was patient and gentle with her. Subsequently i sent my 2 young children (3 and 6 yo) to her regularly as the other clinic who specialised in seeing young children charged me way too expensive. My daughters love her as she was always so gentle, nice and smiley. There was television in the expensive clinic to distract my girls. There is no television in this clinic. However, the whole visit for the kids was assuring and non-traumatic. The girls are always looking forward to dental visits! They give out gloves balloons as a 'reward' for 'brave children' at the end of the procedure. I feel it is more economical and suitable as children should not be spoilt with little gifts, just for a visit to the dentist? Highly recommended for families with young kids and old people. P.s: Dr Tricia Lim sees patients at Unity Denticare at both thomson plaza and serangoon. =)

Dr. Goh provides the most impressive “beside manners”, meaning his care and concern for his patients’ welfare and understanding is both very caring and patient. I find the most impressive was the way he describes the procedure and what I should expect. I can only emphasize the fantastic service and care I got from Dr Goh and his friendly and helpful assistants.

Had my dental check up, cleaning and polishing done by Dr Roy Yeo, who is extremely professional and gentle, talking through every step and ensuring that the whole process is a pleasant experience. He is very meticulous in his work and yet still manages to be quick. Highly recommended!

Doctor Goh is very good, gentle and kind. Every procedure he do will told me, and the most important thing i never feel any pain when he doing extraction of my teeth. I will highly recommended him. He also give me discount bcoz im a helper, thanks a lot Doctor Goh!

First time here, recommended by my mum and husband for good care at reasonable prices. Appointment making process was smooth, received both SMS and phone call reminders. Barely any waiting time on a weekend morning. My child and I came for a double appointment and we were assigned to Dr Roy. He has all the qualities you look for in a dentist—gentle, patient and preemptively answers the questions you can’t ask while your mouth is open! I’ve visited two other dental clinics in the neighbourhood but this will be our whole family’s regular place from now on :)
