β β β β β My mother have been with the day care center for more than 2 years. She is very happy at the day care center, she gets to make new friends, engage in activities - e.g. simple handcraft, or excursions (pre-covid19). The staff are very friendly, helpful, occasionally would give my mother a warm hug. They are attentive to her needs (e.g. toilet runs), ensure that she is well looked after at the center. To all staff working at the day care center, am thankful for the care and support you have provided to my mother, thank you.

β β β β β Every morning you can hear them conducting excercise routine for the elderly folks, definitely a good way to keep them happy and entertained. During the 4 major festive , you can hear them celebrating with the elder folks as well! Kudos to the team of care staff behind all these.
When I passed by the arrival point, I can see the care staff were carefully helping the elder folks get off the bus safely. Seems like a bunch of caring staff. Also the elder folks seems to be enjoying themselves at this center.

β β β β β My father joined NTUC daycare at Chai Chee in Dec 2020 & it is the best decision I made for him. The staff are caring and organised in communication. His health have improved greatly both mentally and physically. Most impt of all, he enjoyed going there. Hope the centre can conduct more art and craft activities as the elderly enjoy doing and if possible allow to bring home so that they can happily and proudly showed to the family. It boost up their morales. My father also enjoy the festive celebrations. Well done NTUC, keep it up! Thanks.
