Service is fast and professional.
Queues are usually short. Even if they are long it moves along quite quickly. Usually served within about 15 minutes.
Food court is on the same floor, easy to grab a bite while waiting for your turn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the entrance I was greeted by a lady who asked what I'm there for. She helped me press for a queue number and asked me to wait for it to be called. When the number came up and went to the counter, the service staff saw me holding on to cash and said the counter only accept Nets. The staff then help me get a queue number to the only counter that can do cash transaction. Everything went smoothly. Didn't have to wait long for the whole process. Overall a pleasant experience. Keep up the good work. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs at the entrance were nice and helpful. The whole process was fine but the desk staff was rather cranky. He wasn't rude, but simple gestures as to how you return back the customer's cards can be more, pleasant. Maybe he didn't get his coffee in the morning, god knows.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front counter staff is polite and helper. However, the staff who was attending to me, Joseph Seah, was not interested in handling my case. He was still working on his typing with PC while listening to my enquiries. Throughout he seemed impatient and wished to send me off immediately so that he could continue his work. He spoke super fast when explaining the policies. I couldn't understand at all and he didn't bother to elaborate. Very bad experience with NTUC Income. It's true that once you bought policies from them, the after sales service is horrible. Wasted my time travelling there to be enlightened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best place to shop, everything under one roof, groceries, food, clothing, fast food and I can go on and on. Hop by and you will enjoy. Also more shops and coffee shops all around the area. You can get toiletries shop outside ntuc wirh just a distance walk. It is also near to ang mo kio wet market and polyclinic.
