★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received an email for insurance renewal as they want to be digital and the renewal notice was all attached in pdf format.
Convenient for them to do so but inconvenient for me, those not too tech savvy.
To my horrors, I just received another email about the same matter, informing that there was an error in the notice.
In this day and age, how can there be an error in the input of the reference number? Or behind all that supposed digitalisation etc etc, there is a sweat shop where things are still done manually? Afterall, the notices are in pdf format.
Now my dilemma is whether to wait for further correction emails or to pay now?
Thanks for making a simple matter complex!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nearest to my residence hence an obvious choice. The counter is not the fastest even though not much people on queue but generally staffs able to service my requests, from life insurance to car insurance renewal and agent transfer. Thanks for another convinient service in BedokHeartbeat!
P/s: the only negative review here is unfair as its related to Income corporate error and beyond the means of this branch.
