β β β β β Few days ago, I received few call @66455024, mentioned her name Christina from Tampines Mall NTUC INCOME INSURANCE. She will called non - stop until I answer the call. She was nice at first to explained to me about new policies but when I said I need to discussed with my husband, I enquired by forcing to gave my details and credit card number to upgrade my insurance policy. The next day, it was on Saturday, 25.8.2018@1330hrs, she called me again using the same above number and asked my credit card number and proceed the application on the phone but I refused to gave her any details. I told her give me sometimes I consider it first. Her tone became very unfriendly. Before I even could say finished my sentence, she just hang up the call even tho never say ' Thank you' or ' ok bye'.

β β β β β One of the biggest customer service centre owned by NTΓC IncΓΆmΓ« located at Tampines central. There many customer service counters and a team of financial Advisors otherwise known as agents at the place. I was attended by the staff once I entered the office, and I was be served by the suitable specialist who attended to my case. My case was properly handled and well resolved. There's no outstanding issue. Ms Celine Tan did a great job!

β β β β β Had been here a couple of times and was always impressed by the customer service.
Did a minor claim this morning and was attended by Ee Ling. She was friendly and easy to talk to. Although we spoke smoothly in English at the start, our language of choice subtly switches to Mandarin by the end of the meeting. Halfway through, she may have realized that I'm more comfortable speaking chinese than english? Regardless, it's small touches like this that turns a tedious errand like claim filing into a delightful experience.
