β β β β β Made an emergency appt in the morning and manage to get an appointment on the same day. Another dental clinic just brushed me off saying there is no slot despite knowing I have an infected wisdom tooth.
I have severe anxiety when It comes to dental treatments but the staff there is v calm and reassuring. Dr Smita Ashok is so friendly and patient with me, the procedure is quick and before I knew it the tooth is out! When I clenched my hands when the injection was done, the nurse also comfort me which I totally appreciate it!
Definitely a dental clinic I will keep going back. =)

β β β β β Nuffield Dental Harbourfront has amazing service. From the promptness and friendliness of the staff to the competency of the dentist. My go-to dentist is Dr Faisal. I have visited him on various occasions for different issues - wisdom teeth, gum issues and teeth whitening - and he was professional at all times. He took the time to explain the issues and procedures to me each time to ensure that I made an informed decision. I would highly recommend Nuffield Dental and in particular, Dr Faisal!

β β β β β It is my first time visiting and requested for scaling and polishing services. The clinic informed there is a promo for 1st timer at sgd129 before GST, which is reasonable priced. However the dentist did a flouride treatment for me thereafter without informing the addition cost. The clinic should explain to client pricing before treatment. Bad 1st experience, not going again.

β β β β β Had a great experience here with Dr Faisal and the lovely staff at Nuffield! I came here for my braces and will definitely recommend it to others for their prompt service. The clinic also looks very nice with comfortable waiting area for patients. The staff are also very friendly, making my visits there a good one always!

β β β β β I visited Nuffield Dental on 25 Nov 2021 feeling very nervous. Dr Hui Chee Wah and his assistant in a calm tone make me feel comfortable. Bith explained the treatment n process very well. The treatment on my gums were very thorough, smooth and extraction was not painful as i thought!! am all good now. Thanks Dr Hui n his assitant for well done job. Also thanks to receptionist for the good follow up.

β β β β β Highly recommend Dr Hui from HarbourFront Centre, he is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Personally I have a fear for dental visit, but with Dr hui, I felt at ease. Comparing Dr hui with my previous encounter at Ismile dental, i felt a huge difference.

β β β β β Worst scaling experience ever.
They splashed water all over my face during my regular scaling and polishing. Water ran down the back of my neck and even into my dress.
While it took five minutes for the procedure, they charged me 120 dollars exclusive of costs for sterlisation and disposables ($16) before insurance. They said it was a complex case. On top of 120 dollars, they charged additional 40 dollars for consultation. All he said was βall look goodβ though.
I do my scaling every six months and charges at my usual place are around 90 dollars including consultation and other costs.
Plus, they could not pull out my insurance data and it took 20 min for payment alone, although I shared all details before the booking in advance. To be fair, the payment issue may not be solely their fault but it made all experiences even more frustrating.

β β β β β I went there for a simple scaling and cleaning, but ended up with spending $600+++. A dentist named Shauna attended to me, she kept selling me different items without telling the price.
Also recommended to filling of my wisdom teeth, which I planned to pull out.
Overall, what I got was an poor quality scaling and cleaning, dental filling causing prolonged pain, and paying an ridiculously expensive bill
