★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lines are always engaged & busy and it's almost impossible to call and speak someone from the clinic. Staff messed up my wife's delivery procedure schedule and blamed my wife instead. Amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t understand what’s point of having online queuing system. Even you get queue on app, you still need to come and register on the counter to ‘actually’ get queue number. And you will see 10 patients in front of you. Funny system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Admin staffs unprofessional. Must send all the front counter staffs for training. Especially Agnes..need basic customer service training. Dr Anita is professional. Clinic nurse Ms Catherine very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The waiting area is packed, a good place for virus to spread. The admin staff are rude. When serving, If there was even contact, they were like asking "what, you are waiting for me to make tea for you is it?" The staff are not properly train in customer service. They do not know how to disengage the customers. Came a few times, no improvement in attitude.

Main appointment line doesnt give the clinic's contact number to patients when they urgently need to contact the clinic. Cost of private here is more than some private clinics.

Clearly bullying the new and junior staff. No wonder the ratings of this place sux. You are in the service and health sector...Wake up..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve loved my pregnancy journey and delivery experience at NUH. Super efficient and never had to wait longer than half hour for any appointment. The only place I see room for improvement is in handling appointment scheduling and rescheduling, hard to handle this with only rigid automated systems that you cannot explain things to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0 stars, I would. If you plan on having a stress-free baby journey, I recommend against being a patient here. Even as a private patient, not only do they not have a direct line for the clinic, you'd have to call the NUH main hotline even in cases of emergency and oh, it is constantly busy and "customer officer will call back in 3 days time". You can literally be bleeding and they call you back 12 hours after you've left a message.
NUH, there is no point having amazing doctors if your patient facing staff drop the ball and fail to understand basic medical urgency.
