NUH Zone D - Kent Ridge Wing - 5 Lower Kent Ridge Rd

Very well organised and visitor friendly setup. Singapore is well known for It's mordern Institutions and advance developmsnt. Nuhs is no exeption to this.

This place is so confusing. It makes me walk round in circles. Parked at ZoneC, tried to navigate to ZoneE - it is a maze. The various zones are not connected at same level like in SGH, SKH, CGH. The navigation is made worse by the renovations. It is not user friendly. Let's wait till the renovation is completed to see how much it has improved.

If you're coming from the Circle Line, walk towards the Mr. Bean outlet and take a left turn, there is a small stairway up behind the store that leads you to the Kent Ridge Wing. Walk up the stairs and up the ramp towards the right.

Let’s just say how unprofessional they are. When they take your prescription, they screen through the medications asking if you want to take A and B or just A or just B, something along this line. So if they do not have the medication in their pharmacy, they should know isn’t it? I mean you’re working in the pharmacy how can you not know what is not available? Imagine waiting 30mins and 30mins later they tell you in a rude manner “we don’t have A here in our pharmacy, we need to go to another pharmacy to get it. Estimated waiting time 30mins or more.” Then when you ask them why they didn’t tell you in the first place they go on with “so do you want the medication or not?” ok wow ma’am you going to be responsible if I die at home without my medication? Is the hospital or the pharmacy going to be responsible of my life? Proceeded to ask to speak to the supervisor, Munsey if I didn’t remember his name wrongly, tells me I’m the only one in the entire building that collects medicine at kent ridge wing pharmacy that takes this medicine. What kinda joke is this? Anyway he walked away without addressing the issue, how polite eh? Called NUH QSM, Kane Ho called me and out of the blue said I had no manners. Sir, whether or not I have manners, it’s not for you to judge. Anyway while NUH is just screwed up.
