The security guards did not allow us to take the lorry in to move our stuff in. they want us to park the lorry out side the condo and carry them by hands. they treated very badly like blaming us even when we are asking things politely. I never recommend this to anyone. worst management ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cozy place with good amenities. The facilities is just nice for the number of users. The pool is relatively quiet. The place is windy, near to Pasir Ris park and beach. Good connection to highways for those who drives. Overall, a restful place.

Condo is well maintained as well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oasis @ Elias side gate allow you quick access to Elias Mall for all your need. Its definitely one of the condominium for all.
Some of its unit enjoy excellent unblock sea view. Units has good layout too. One of the condo you may consider at good price if the age of the property is not the main concern.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst management ever.. Security guards also worst. Some are treating based on skin color. If you buy a unit from here, still you have to stay as a guest. Their rules are really irritating.. Even they are not doing proper fixes for issues of units which they are responsible.. Instead of that they just keep disturbing the residence.. Condo outlook is good.. But you will not feel it with this worst management and some
security guards.
